For the second time this year, the Commandos are playing for a state championship. Earlier this school year, the football Commandos played for a state championship against Breaux Bridge Christian, now the baseball Commandos are playing for a state championship today against Harvest Time Christian.
In their first year, the Commandos baseball team defeated LCA in the first round of the playoffs then knocked off CHA 5-4 in the semi-finals to earn a spot in the championship game.
The game will be played at 5 PM today at Fabacher field.
